2.7 Confidentiality, privacy and security of personal information will be respected and assured as fr as possible.

2.8 All practice will be compliant with family law, Court rules, related case law and other relevant legislation.

2.9 The service will be provided by Practitioners who are suitably qualified and skilled.

2.10 Commitment to working in partnership with Family Courts and other stakeholders through agreed protocols where appropriate.

2.11 Commitment to continuous improvement of the service towards providing best value and uniform quality of service across England and Wales.
