| Jailed by the CSA [27 June 2007] Michael Cox, 43, from Hythe, near Southampton, claimed the system treated him as an 'absent parent' despite the fact that he cared for the children for half the time. Said Cox, before being sent to Dorchester Prison, Dorset to serve his sentence, 'I feed all of my children, I clothe them, I house them – all my money is spent on my family. The CSA gives me no assistance for that and is trying to force me to pay that money twice over. I say that makes it oppressive, unjust and discriminatory in its action.'
